12. Proof Of Identity And The Prevention Of Illegal Working - Compliance With The “Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006”
All workers will be required to provide specific original documents to confirm their identity which will be inspected and copies of which will be held in their personnel file.
The worker is also obliged to provide valid specified documents to establish that he or she is permitted to work in the U.K. Refusal to provide such documentation in a timely manner will be considered grounds for the withdrawal of any job offer previously made verbally or in writing and will result in instant dismissal if an “assignment” (work offered by Crystal Clear) has already commenced.
